Watkins-Montour Rotarians hosted the children of Camp Star on Aug. 15 in Watkins Glen. Campers and counselors spent the day enjoying all the fun that Clute Park has to offer, with a pizza and ice cream break at the Clute Park Event Center - then off to a Captain Bill's Seneca Lake cruise with yet another ice cream break! The day was capped off by a fire truck parade and an amazing meal prepared by the Horseheads Rotary Club. Camp Star is a week-long camp for children with developmental or physical challenges who might not  be able to enjoy a typical camping experience.
