For years, Watkins-Montour Rotarians have served as pooper-scoopers and helped with set-up and tear-down. Last year, we also started serving as pedestrian crossing guards. The 37th annual event was Sept. 28 through Oct. 1 at Sampson State Park in Romulus, NY. The Wine Country Circuit Dog Show is one of the largest circuits in the nation. The show is hosted by the Elmira Kennel Club, the Finger Lakes Kennel Club and the Kanadasaga Kennel Club. Each club holds its all-breed dog shows and obedience, agility and rally trials on consecutive days of the event.
